Business Applications Manager
Lead a team of technical operations managers owning:
All technology projects of the CX group, including customer support, chatbot, help center, backoffice processing and the internal service desk
Ongoing management of applications (e.g. Zendesk, Jira, Playvox), including product enhancements, incident management and vendor management
Must have an ability to map business requirements to technology solutions by developing business requirements, project plans, budgets, schedules and risk profiles
Lead execution from design through test and delivery with an emphasis on software configuration and change management
Ability to motivate and manage the team to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives and groom requests for faster execution
Manage relationship with third party app vendors
Minimum required skills
2+ years experience managing IT / applications / automations team
2+ years experience working with Zendesk, Jira, Slack and Zapier
Basic understanding of customer support operations: familiarity with key customer support metrics
Demonstrated experience with cross-departmental collaboration, and ability to build partnerships across all levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
